Class Description: Get Specific! Learn how to add the right details at the right time in your improv scenes. Hone your ability to embrace your scene partner’s choices. So many times we cleverly deny and give examples of how our scene partner is wrong. By focusing on listening and proving the last line right, you’ll free yourself from having to think of something funny to say. This class will sharpen your choices every time you speak on stage.
Drill “Wheelie Pops” where you do the thing you’ve been labeled as
Understand why you’re blocking/denying your scene partner
Instantly bring your comedic voice to the moment through agreement
Cut down on wasted arguments and useless moves
Simplify what’s funny
